EULA Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dendera Labs for the use of our audio plugins and digital tools. By installing or using any Dendera Labs software, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
License Grant
1Personal and Commercial Use
Dendera Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial music production. This includes:
- Installing on multiple computers you own or control
- Using in your music production projects
- Selling or monetizing music created with our software
- Using in live performances and DJ sets
2Activation and Authorization
Some software may require online activation. You agree to provide accurate information during activation.
3Updates and Support
Licensed users are entitled to free updates and bug fixes. Technical support is provided via email at contact@denderalabs.com.
Usage Restrictions
You MAY NOT do any of the following:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the software to third parties
- Share your license key or activation credentials with others
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or branding
- Use the software to create competing audio plugins or tools
- Upload the software to file-sharing or torrent websites
- Circumvent any copy protection or activation mechanisms
⚠Violation Consequences
Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license. Dendera Labs reserves the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized distribution.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
1Software Ownership
Dendera Labs retains all ownership rights in the software, including all copyrights, patents, and trademarks. Your license grants only the right to use it.
2Your Content
You retain full ownership and copyright of all music and creative works produced using Dendera Labs software.
3Trademarks
"Dendera Labs", "DNDB", and all associated product names and branding are trademarks of Dendera Labs. You may not use them without explicit written permission.
Warranty & Liability
1Limited Warranty (Paid Software Only)
For paid software, Dendera Labs warrants that it will perform substantially as documented for 30 days from purchase.
Free Software Disclaimer: Free Software Disclaimer: Any software provided free of charge is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Dendera Labs does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all hardware configurations.
2Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DENDERA LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Costs of substitute software or services
- Interruption of work or production downtime
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.
3Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dendera Labs from any claims arising from your misuse of the software.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
Dendera Labs may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms. Sections on Ownership, Warranty, and Liability survive termination.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
